The right profile
We remove old paint layers, existing corrosion, and salts, and create the appropriate anchor pattern for future coatings. Depending on the situation, we use abrasive techniques (e.g., slurry blasting, ice blasting, sponge blasting), thermal methods (e.g., induction), and mechanical techniques (e.g., bristle blasting, needle guns).
Fit for purpose protection
We are equipped to apply coatings to piping, equipment (including internal linings), and large structures. We offer a diverse range of coating systems, including single-coat solutions, thermal sprayed aluminum, high and low temperature coatings, and coatings that cure underwater.
Reinstating pipe integrity
If inspection reveals damage to a pipe or structure, we can repair the surface using composite wraps to temporarily restore its integrity. We collaborate with third-party experts to offer a wide range of wrap technologies.
These wraps can deliver significant cost savings, particularly compared to replacing the damaged sections of pipe or structure.
