Live bolt replacement
Corroded flange bolts can present significant safety, production, and environmental risks. Traditionally, replacing these bolts would require taking the entire line out of commission, purging, and depressurizing it.
With our Hot Bolt Clamp solution, we can safely replace corroded bolts without waiting for a shutdown. This approach reduces turnaround scope, shortens TARs (Turnaround), and enables increased production.
