Assessment of data gap
We will create insights in your current information flow and define your actual information need. Based on this assessment data gaps will be identified. Asset equipment strategies (fail & fix, preventive, condition based, risk based, predictive, prescriptive) will be determined. Together this information will result in your Digital Transformation Roadmap.
Data quality improvement
We will collect data and valuate what needs to be improved. This can go as far as data cleaning, data scrubbing, data enrichment, adding additional data point including adding sensors. All to upgrade your data to your requirements.
Building a proof of concept
Based on the equipment strategies chosen we will start building asset strategy models that include failure mode and criticality assessments and degradation failures. Baraghy has developed a proprietary Asset Strategy Library (ASL) with over 250 different strategy templates that can be licensed. It will support acceleration of asset performance improvement. Baraghy also has partnerships with leading software application providers. These use the ASL as content to build and feed predictive maintenance models. Our data analysts will select, model and diagnose a first sample project to build a proof of concept for full roll out.

Based on the results of the pilot the impact for a full roll out of your customized software will be determined and Digital Transformation Roadmap including business case will be provided

Based on the approved implementation plan we will support the roll-out. This can be organization change, process redesign, reconfiguration of CCMS, implementation of predictive maintenance application or training of employees
